Firstly, it's Marco Polo Airport, not San Marco. A water taxi will be very expensive, so it might be better to get the airpoirt shuttle but to Piazzale Roma, cross the bridge to the Santa Lucia Train Station and get Vaporetto no. 1 (the water bus) to the Rialto stop. From there you can walk to the hotel.
The hotel's website has a map, but you might want to email them precise details on which stop to use, and how to get to the hotel.
