You can either take the tube or bus to Heathrow and jump on the Heathrow Express. It takes 15 minutes from Paddington station, but as it costs 拢17, plus tube fare, your looking at the best part of a 拢20 note.
Cheaper would be to buy a single tube ticket to zone 6. Then you can just take the Circle or District from Westminster to South Kensington, change onto the Piccadilly line, and head towards Heathrow. It takes about an hour, so leave pleanty of time.
you have a few options.
from Westminster you can get the tube to Victoria and then a bus to Paddington.
or
Westminster tube circle line to Embankment then Bakerloo line to Paddington for the Heathrow express.
or
Westminster tube circle line to Paddington.

WALK TO LEICESTER SQUARE PICCADILLY LINE HEATH ROW 拢6 ISH NO CHANGES
OR TUBE WESTMINSTER DISTRICT LINE HAMMERSMITH CHANGE PICCADILLY HEATHROW;
THE EXPRESS TRAIN IS A TOTAL RIP OFF THESE AVOID IT
Your best bet is to travel by tube from Westminster to Hammersmith, the change there is on the same platform, no stairs/lifts etc, from Hammersmith straight to heathrow
Underground is cheaper and more convenient and easier for you and takes you right into the terminal.
via a teleportation device would be better
