You have basically two options: a taxi, which will cost approximately CAD$42.00 plus tip, or the Airport Express shuttle, which would cost about CAD$30.00 based on two adults, two children and four pieces of luggage. Airport Express will drop you off right at Delta Chelsea, but the trip in from the airport will take about an hour as the bus stops to pick up and drop off passengers from other hotels along the way. A taxi, by comparison, would take about 30 minutes.
If you take a taxi, be sure to get one from the taxi stand outside the arrivals area as they are specially licensed to pick up passengers from the airport and their fare rates are set. If you go with someone not lined up in the taxi stand, you are at the mercy of the meter and it will probably end up costing you an extra $10 or more. there are quite a few sites that you can search that will likely show you great hotels at the best prices available. check out the website BookMe and you will be able to compare prices on all the reputable travel sites in just a couple minutes. it's very convenient and will save you a bunch of time and money.
