meter taxi, go out door number 7 on the second floor of the airport. you will find a line for the meter taxi. the cost should be somewhere around 250 baht for the taxi, plus a 50 airport fee, and i recommend you take the expressway, it will cost you 65 baht for two tolls. you will be asked about 20 times inside the airport if you want a taxi just say no, these people will overcharge you for a trip.What transportation should I use from Suvarnabhumi airport to Siam Piman hotel bangkok?
Go out the 3rd floor and grab a taxi as people are getting out of taxis dropping them off. It's usually faster than waiting for the lines of people at the taxi meter stand. As the other guys said, a metered taxi from the taxi stands is by far the best way to go to your hotel. There is also a new taxi stand right outside Meeting Area C on the 3rd floor arrivals level. Your hotel is located in the Ramkhamhaeng area, which is not far from the airport and there are no tollways to Ramkhamhaeng (unless the driver goes the ';long way';). The fare should be around 200 baht, including the 50 baht airport surcharge. Just be sure you use a metered taxi from the taxi stands and avoid the touts who will approach you in the arrivals hall.

You may want to check with your hotel to see if they offer a pickup service--- This is usually a bit more expensive, but sometimes less hassel.....





When I fly 24-30 to get to Bangkok - I am not in the mood for a Hassel and would rather pay a little extra for the service.

use the airport taxi or ask your hotel to pick you up.because if you are a tourist most local meter taxi drivers are bad they will not run the meter,instead of the meter they will ask for a price which you latter will fell upset. just get the airport taxi it is 1,000 baht to get to any hotel in bkk, and the service is better plus a better car..
