How to set up hotel shuttle pickup at airport?

Although I've traveled quite a bit, I've always rented a car. For our upcoming trip, however, we will be using the MARTA system in Atlanta, and since we are staying at the Westin Airport, we figured it we be easy to use their shuttle service. I know getting TO the airport is not an issue, but what about pick up when we fly in? Do we need to call the hotel and make arrangements in advance? Do shuttles run constantly? Do we just call when we land? I feel like an idiot not knowing this!!!!How to set up hotel shuttle pickup at airport?

Call the Westin. They should be able to tell you. If not, call the ground transportation desk at Hartsfield and ask about airport shuttles.





If no shuttle is available when you need it, you can always catch a cab to your hotel.
