Hampton Inn and Suites. They do have a shuttle. They have two of them in close proximity to the airport. I suggest there.Where is a good airport hotel by Minneapolis?
Days Inn, or the Hampton Inn are two that I can think of off the top of my head.
You should just stay up and party all night.
